Cellulite is a fatty cell that leaks under the skin directly, drawing wrinkles and skimps on the skin. Causes include: obesity, pregnancy, smoking, stress, lack of exercise.



Dr. Hisham Al Ameri, consultant of therapeutic nutrition and sports consultant of the Egyptian Swimming Federation, said that cellulite affects mainly women because of the secretion of hormones and estrogen and progesterone. 3 - Limit wheat products, because they contain a substance called "Gluten", which prevents the absorption of the body of food properly, which increases the accumulation of fat within the body.



4 - Reduce the intake of caffeine as the large quantities of it harmful to the blood circulation and impede the passage of oxygen in the blood and prevents the large cell renewal, and therefore consists of cellulite.
5 - Exercise even if it is a domestic sport, such as: Do a number of exercises or can walk twice a week at least, sport is one of the most effective ways to get rid of cellulite and redraw the shape of the body.

6 - Follow a diet rich in important food, such as: vegetables and fruits, and the division of meals throughout the day, with snacks between each meal, such as the preparation of a large dish filled with cucumbers, carrots and other vegetables.



7 - Watch the temperature of the bath water and avoid the hot bath, to damage the skin and reduce its softness and shine
8 - the need to wear as wide as possible, as recent studies have shown that tight clothing inhibits the flow of blood to the skin, causing the lack of regeneration of many cells.



9 - Avoid fried and canned foods and sweets, because they increase the weight and increase the retention of water inside the body.
